The last of the Oliver models produced in the US, the Oliver No. 11 was fitted with round key tops and decorated in a black finish with gold pinstriping. This example features a 15" carriage. It could use a good internal cleaning. I believe the escapement skips a bit, so it may need some adjustments. See photos for condition.
